The latest helmet from India’s Shellios Technolabs filters the air that the wearer breathes via a HEPA filter and battery operated air handling system located at the back of the helmet so as to not obstruct the rider’s vision.  It provides clean, pollution-free air just behind the helmet’s clear visor and it rids of air of 80% of otherwise inhaled toxins.  The helmet weighs 3.3 pounds and costs $56.
