The FDA and Wilton Industries Inc. are recalling Wilton Ready to Build Chocolate Cookie Bunny Hutch Kits.  These kits have a “Contains” statement that fails to mention milk as required by law.  But wait…. The ingredient list on the package does list “skim milk powder” so this recall only amounts to some regulatory nitpicking.   These kits are an Easter seasonal item sold in retail stores nationwide and online at wilton.com.  So….
